About
NavaTech is the scheduling practice of Jose Navarrete — architect by training, scheduler by trade. Based in Miami Beach, NavaTech works directly with general contractors, developers, and owners who need their schedule to be an instrument of control, not a contractual formality.
Jose holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from The Ohio State University, where he graduated with double honors, and a dual MBA/MSIS master's from Auburn University. He is certified by the Project Management Institute as both a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP).
Across more than twelve years in construction he has managed schedules beyond 10,000 activities across hotels, data centers, water resources, residential, and commercial work — experience now applied daily on projects like the 100-story Waldorf Astoria Miami, Mercedes-Benz Places, and both E11EVEN towers.
