NavaTech is a Miami Beach-based construction scheduling firm. Our schedulers work directly with general contractors, developers, and owners who need their schedule to be an instrument of control rather than a contractual formality.
The practice is led by founder Jose Navarrete, an architect by training and a scheduler by trade, certified by the Project Management Institute as both a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP).
Our schedulers have built and managed CPM schedules beyond 10,000 activities across hotels, data centers, water resources, residential, and commercial work. That experience gets applied daily on projects like the 100-story Waldorf Astoria Miami, Mercedes-Benz Places, and both E11EVEN towers.
