Schedule Baseline Development

We start by understanding the parameters and logistics specific to your project, then build a preliminary schedule capturing every major scope. You review it with us through all-activities and critical-path reports, and two rounds of revisions are included so the baseline reflects how your team actually plans to build.

The finished product is a Level 4, construction-ready schedule: every fully designed scope broken into discrete, measurable activities, with procurement and unfinalized scopes sequenced backwards from their required-on-site dates. Once we have your documents (drawings, RFP, even concept sketches), the first draft turns around in as little as two days.

Along the way we flag risk and constructability issues before they become field problems, and we attend on-site meetings whenever the schedule conversation needs to happen in person.
