Schedule Updates

Each cycle we gather every input that moves your schedule: actual dates, RFIs, submittals, buyout, and design deliverables. Then we update the CPM model and issue all-activities, lookahead, and critical-path reports for team review, with two rounds of revisions before the update is final.

Every update includes a full Schedule Integrity Check: missing predecessors and successors, high or negative float, out-of-sequence progress, excessive lags, constraints and logic loops, pinch points, activities riding the data date, and any relationship, duration, or scope changes since last month. We catch problems in the logic before they can hide a delay.

We also show up: monthly site visits to verify progress and construction sequence against what the schedule claims, meetings with your client, owners, and subcontractors, and a plain-language narrative each cycle detailing milestone variances. The narrative carries an execution score that flags missed starts and finishes.

Update cycles run in Oracle Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project against your contract baseline. NavaTech currently maintains monthly schedule updates on seventeen active projects, from Miami supertalls to port infrastructure.
